At Curious Cheese, every bite matters! We make and pack each cheese with love and care so it reaches you fresh and full of flavor. Since cheese is a perishable product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order is shipped.

Subscription purchases are non-refundable, but if you made a mistake while ordering, just write to us within 24 hours, and we’ll add the amount as credit for your next purchase.

💛 Damages or Issues

We want you to enjoy every slice!
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery at +91 90780-60163.
We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or credit note.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India through trusted partners like Blue Dart.
• No dispatches on weekends or public holidays.
• Orders placed after Friday evening will be shipped on Monday.
• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
• Each cheese box is carefully packed in thermocol with frozen gel packs, keeping it fresh for up to 72 hours during travel.

• Pick-up from our unit – Free
• Orders below ₹2,500 – ₹100
• Orders above ₹2,500 – Free

For deliveries outside Chennai, charges may vary based on courier partners.
